"NO Customer Service"
I've been trying for months to get a refund on my tickets, absolutely no response and no refund. Is this that world famous customer service the US are so proud of? Even if I ever eventually do go to NYC, I certainly won't be visiting the Statue of Liberty. It should be renamed, Taking a Liberty!

"Terrible organisation"
Terrible organisation after you collect tickets from the main ticket centre. The staff shout there are no single file queueing ( took us over 2hrs to get through in outdoor freezing conditions) therefore it was a free for all until everyone bottle necks into one set of doors to be herded through “airport security” which must be the most unfriendly customer service . I have experienced in many years. I work in customer service & this most definitely is the epitomy. they require further training to ensure the experience is an enjoyable one. At one point my friend was shouted at for setting off the metal detector for having metal in her bra! Once through security there were no queues for boarding the boats. Therefore the “security” staff being the main problem. To be honest had we known the time factor & organisation standards we would have simple taken the Staten Island ferry past the Statue & back at a fraction of the cost & saved freezing ourselves in the biting wind outside.
